Juniper Safety, LLC provides information about home childproofing services and allows users to request a home evaluation. Use of the Site does not create a service agreement, and any service provided will be governed by a separate contract.

By accepting any proposal or estimate through the Site, you agree to be bound by its terms. Digital acceptance shall be deemed equivalent to a physical signature and is legally binding.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Juniper Safety, LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. User Submissions and Feedback

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

16. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall take place in Travis County, Texas, and be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs and attorney’s fees, except as otherwise provided under AAA’s rules or the arbitrator’s decision.
